Distance Charges

What would cause our system to suddenly begin charging different and extreme rates for deliveries to an area which has always been calculated correctly. Today, a customer delivery to an event just 36 minutes away began calculating a rate of $243 (3992659) when all events to this general location in the past have been calculating correctly?

This is usually because the venue address is incorrect and cannot be found so the system searches for the next nearest possible location. On this particular lead it is showing the travel time under the contract tab as 1.75 hours. You would need to update the address and then recalculate.
