Deposit

In y setting I have the default deposit as $75, but on my contracts it show up as 50% of the total bill. The software then emails my customers that they still owe but they have paid the $75. What am I missing?

You have your deposit set in multiple areas. You'll probably want to remove it from your rentals because we add that to the standard event deposit you've set along with all other rental specific deposits for rentals on that lead. If you just want it to be $75 for all leads, only set it in Settings->Payment Options. If you want it to be $75 only for residential clients, set it to zero in payment options and only set it in Settings->Customer Types. Don't set it on a rental unless you want that rental to require extra deposit amounts.

I just checked and it is defaulting to 150 after I have it set for 75 for residential only.....

You have a $75 deposit required on the rental item. Go to the item Ninja mod and then the advanced features section. Set it to zero.

If you don't want them adding to the amount, yes. Would you like us to zero out your whole inventory?
