delivery routing problem

The delivery location in the schedule routing is showing up in another town and throwing the schedule off. i have tried different things to correct this. The address is correct and routes to it correctly but shows up in the routing in another city and calculates the time wrong throwing off the route. thanks Its lead # 5808717.
