delivery issues

Not a Problem

Hey guys - We continue to have issues with the delivery tool. We just booked an event that is multiple days. I tried to set it up so the crew meets at the event venue. I set the setup and drive times to 0. When I put the event into the delivery page it adds drive time and setup time. So I manually moved it so the start and end times match up and added crew. Now when I go back to see the day, the start time goes off the page and the return time is in the middle of the event. This is the same type of issues we have with early starts, with after prom season coming up I'm hoping delivery issues can be resolved.

You can't set the setup and tear down times to zero. The size of the box in the delivery tool is dependent upon it. So, if you set it to zero, and we let you, it would not be visible to grab and move with your mouse. This may be the cause of the issue you are seeing.


Regarding the blocks being off the page, you must make sure your start hour is early enough (as well as your date) to schedule the delivery. If you can reproduce the issue and give me a lead ID, delivery date range, and start hour, I will see if we can improve the tool.
