Damage waivers

Solved

Customers checking the damage waiver box are not being charged for the damage waiver. It worked all of last year, now it is not working. Lead #6620131

Not sure, but for some reason when I went to the fee itself...it was no longer connected to the "checkbox" so nothing was triggering it any longer. It should be working now.
