Damage waiver as a 'select' optional field

I'd like to add the damage waiver optional field but I'd rather it be a 'select' field instead of a check box. is there a way to only apply the fee if "yes" is selected and not when "no" is selected?

Right now a fee will only apply when a check box is selected...we have a ticket in for this so that it will work for the drop down selection as well but this hans't been implemented yet. You can add another check box for the No for now and we will let you know when the drop down is an option.
