Customizing Quote page

Hi -

I noticed another company also using I/O has a little different looking quote page than we do, and I can't seem to find where we can edit the layout for our own page.

Our customer contact information is the first thing on the page, then the event information, then all the rentals.

What i saw had only the customer contact information at the top, and the event information was auto-selected as "use contact address as event address"... also the customer's phone number was only asking for one, with an option to expand other numbers...where ours shows every phone type for the customer to enter.

It's not a big change, but the little less detail on the quote page from the other site makes their quote page much less cluttered and I'd like to see if we can do the same.

We agree, it looks less cluttered, so we've updated our default templates, but that doesn't change your template automatically. In order to load in our default template into your account:

Go to Settings->Pages/Templates.
Open the Quote Request customer template.
Click the Edit button
Click the link at the top right that says "load default template" (this link is in blue text).
After clicking this, make sure the "active" checkbox is still checked
Click "Save"
