Customized Alerts & Advanced Email Templates

Thoughts (some posted a few years ago but not implemented):
Alerts:
- Allow customization of content. For example, when I get a payment alert, allow me to have it send me info on the event such as customer name, date, amount paid, open balance, etc. Many of us get email on our phones, and this alleviates the need to click on a link and sign in for details.
- Allow them to be sent to text as well.
Email templates:
- Allow for "hard coded" recipient - I get many requests for Certificates of Insurance, and if I had a template with info from the lead that would send to my agent, this would streamiline things and allow me to associate my request to the lead.
I like this idea
We haven't started development on the Alert Templates, but we'll likely be doing it eventually. It's just a very large project.

I am sure it would be! I would guess it would have to be something we would configure, as opposed to making a global change now, as some customers may not want that level of detail available in plain text.
