Customers working around availability

I have customers who try to book online the correct way, then when they see the item marked as unavailable, will go back and select the item first then change the date to the original date they wanted (when the item is unavailable)


Though the system will prevent them from booking, it still allows them to get a quote and later complain that they thought the reservation was completed. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? It would be great if the customers who select the item first and date/time second would be prevented from getting a quote...

We don't have a way around this right now. You may want to turn this on in Settings->Online Quoting:

Allow Customers to View Rental Availability (Quote Confirm): No
