I know there is a topic on this. But how do I add it my quote page and get it to be drop down selection? I added what you have listed with a heading, but it is not adding the selection?

This is something that is in the default quote request form but is hidden unless you go into the HTML and change it. I've gone ahead and added that for you. Let us know if you'd like this changed or moved around.
