customer survey

I see in instructions that we are supposed to communicate with IO if we wish to edit the customer survey. I don't wish to change the past results by adding a line over an existing question, but I want a reminder in the survey that doing a promised Google and/or Facebook review of the customer experience earns the discount that was provided on the quote, and a reminder that the discount will disappear if the review is not completed within a period of time. (maybe 5 days) How can I add this?

You can add this easily to the survey email template in the Email Center. That way you wouldn't have to change the actual survey itself.

When adding a question the following warning appears:

Changing a survey question will affect the past results. Questions are associated with results, so you will lose the original question text and may not understand the answer.

Then the addition options are question 1 and question 2 ONLY.

If I don't want the prior results of question 1 and 2 changed, how do I add questions at the end of the list, or better yetr, add them in the beginning of the survey without changing the prior results history. It seems thatn new questions can only be added at the end without changing the existing question results, and if the options are limited to qustion 1 and 2, how is that possible. It seems misleading the way it is worded.

Question line 1 and Question line 2 are not editing the first 2 questions of the survey. They are just the 2 prompts for the new question. I think the first line is in bold and the second line is supposed to be clarifying text (optional). It's all just 1 new question though.
