Keyword search on Customer screen doesnt seem to work
I have tried to search company name and customer name and neither seem to find anything
I have even tried my own name and i know im out there

It works very similarly to the keyword search on the leads page. Are you hitting [Enter/Return]? If you are, it may be stopping the search function. Just type what you're looking for without hitting Enter and it will load in a list like the Leads page. It now includes more fields that can be searched as well.

So it operates a bit different than the lead screen cause if you type in something on the lead keyword search and hit enter it takes you to that order or client specifically without having to choose from the possible drop downs as the customer keyword search makes you choose from the drop down.
