Quotes and Availability; yesterday customers reported that the availability calendar was not operating properly and we confirmed, today quotes only offered one selection for the customer, the menu was not populating so that they could browse and select multiple items.

When customers click the 'Book Now' button on your website it is passing the selected_only=1 flag in the URL. This causes the quote page to only include that one item. If you'd like it to show all your inventory on the quote page you must set it to a 0 or exclude it from the URL.


To change this go to our Wordpress site, and Settings->Shortcoder. Click at the bottom the button called io_rental. Hit Ctrl+F to search the page and type in selected_only. Change the 1 to 0 and click Save

This does not explain how this change occurred without anyone on my staff touching these settings. Could an auto update be responsible for this corruption? While I thank you for you instructions, I am not at all certaint hat I am capable of accomplishing them without creating unitneded consequences.

The font color issue with the check availability was not something we could affect with any updates. All that info is just on your site and not accessible via the sync. The issue with only one rental showing was probably due to a bug we fixed on our end. The setting was originally wrong on your site, but it wasn't obvious until we fixed the bug on our side.


At any rate, I helped your web guy sort out the issues.
