Customer Notes (Private)

I have used customer notes (private) to forward notes we want to associate with future events for the customer. Sometimes these notes do not appear in future notes, such as those recently looked for in Fashion Square Mall. I know that sometimes the customer's slight difference in name can cause this. Is the name on the event sight what is directing the saved note or the name on the organization, which is where I am expecting to see the note. I know that the notes on venue are associated with the sight of the event, but these notes are to be private for internal use.

The customer notes are saved to the profiles created in the customer tab. If the customer fills out the quote request page and it doesn't match a profile well enough it creates a new one. This could be because of organization name, customer name, phone number or email.
