"Customer - Event Reminder" auto emails indicate "delivery" when order is a "pick-up" - why?

When setting an order as a "pick-up", the auto-email that goes out indicates: "Make sure to have someone on site between 9:45am and 10:00am at 124 Clair Rd East, Guelph for delivery. "

However, towards the bottom of that email it indicates:

"If you are picking up your items, you must arrange your pick up with our warehouse manager. If you haven't done so already, please ask your sales rep on how to do this."

Is it possible to have "pick-up" indicated when it's actually a "pick-up"?

It's caused a lot of confusion for a customer today. ID: 2297229

In Settings->Email Center, I've created a second version of the template for Leads where the delivery type is "pick-up." I've applied a filter to the original to not send to Pick-Up orders as well. You can adjust both templates to say whatever makes sense.
