Customer doesn't book quote

When a client doesn't book a quote or tells us to cancel the quote etc, we do so in our system but we want to be able to email them next year to try to get their business for their event next year.

I was looking at the statuses and from what i can tell, if i switch the status to Cancelled they will not get automatic emails.

So with that said, should we create a new status like NOT BOOKED or CANCELLED STILL EMAIL or something or is there a better way to handle those type of clients.

We will make sure that yearly reminder emails go out to any status marked "Lead has been cancelled" even if it is marked to not send auto emails. Thanks!


Great.. I didn't want to create an entire new set up just for people who are not booking with us or who cancel.
