I have a customer 3330607 that tried to pay deposit and got "invalid" on the credit card page?
they are set to "contracted" do they need to be marked as 'confirmed" or is the issue with their card?
They should be able to make payments when it's in contracted status. If you go to the contract and hit pay now without typing anything in you'll get a pop-up with some errors that mention invalid. I'm guessing they typed something incorrectly with the payment.
I just tried on my own CC to make a payment and I get this error. ( see image )
Weird as I had a customer process a CC yesterday and didn't change anything.
I been troubleshooting and I think I may have narrowed what's going on
I had a transaction process the other day, however in setting up more things, I unlinked square (oops) and then relinked it so perhaps the API keys are the older ones. I've removed square from IO as well as manually unlinked IO from my square account.
Your account country code was set incorrectly so it was trying to send the payment over incorrectly. I've corrected this. Let me know if it still doesn't work for you.
