Custom training and installation instructions

I'm wondering if we can create custom instruction pages for certain inventory.


Currently, there are stock training/safety pages for bounce houses/inflatables but we do many customer pickups and they don't explain how to setup/breakdown a unit.


Furthermore, cotton candy machines, snokone macines, pocorn, etc. We have to hand out paper instructions on how to operate all of these machines currently. Can we add these custom instruction pages that get emailed out automatically if one of these items is part of someones order?


In addition to these machines we would also like to have instructions for tents, specific inflatables, games, etc.


Also, ARA insurance likes to see customers initial that they have received/read instructions for their equipment. Have you enabled this somehow for any other customers? Is it part of the contract or can there be a spot on the training pages where they initial?


Thoughts and suggestions appreciated.

Yes, all that is possible. You would click on the item in inventory and then put the content in Advanced Features->Extra Contract Details. You would use the variable *ctr_initials* to force them to check an agree box when signing the contract digitally. If you put it on a blank line, when you print it, it will disappear so they can initial it if you want to have them initial in addition to or instead of checking it digitally.


Then in your contract (or any document), we can include a loop that grabs that information. It may be in your contract already by default. I suggest filling in the information for one of your items and then having us check it before you do the rest of them. Thanks!
