CRM email integration not updating (company IMAP)

This showed up on our screen as an alert. We had just made gmail our custom email server. What does it mean?

It usually means that the IMAP settings are not correct and we cannot get emails to add to the CRM tab for you. It could have been a temporary issue. If it still exists, please give me a way to find your account. I looked up your name but could not find your account. Thanks.

Is it that she can't send email? I did a test and it worked.

She has the error message and yellow underneath her login name when she brings up her screen

Her message is gone today..

we also had issues adding some shifts for workers and they we added them again they showed up 2 times but we fixed all those this morning and today it is working fine.. maybe just a freak of nature :)

no matter what computer she logs in from the error is appearing

This message can get triggered if this email address has not received an email from a customer in 24 hours. It's a bit of a failsafe to note that we haven't downloaded any new data recently so something might be broken. There may be an issue with the connection, but lets start with this first: has this email address received any emails in the past day that should be associated with a lead?
