I added a new Coupon Code (EarlyBird) and it is not working when the customer enters it on the quote page. It works when I select it on the backend. All of the other coupon codes are working.
Are you guys working on this? I just did a quote this morning and it is still not working. I attached a screen shot from my quote. It says I qualified for the discount , but it shows $0 in the discount line
The coupon code on this lead is from the wrong location. This was a customer created lead, correct? I have a developer looking into a bug because it appears this lead came from the quote form, so it shouldn't pick a coupon code in the wrong location, but I wanted to double check that with you too.

This should be fixed for future leads now.

You changed this to solved and it is not solved.
I just deleted the coupon on the second location. That fixed the issue on the first location. I guess the only way to make sure that it does not happen again is to not make the same promo codes for different locations.
I was told by one of our developers that the issue was fixed. Do you have a new example lead ID where the coupon code is not working?
4363405 Here is the last one that I did before I got tired of dealing with customers who were having issues with it and I deleted the coupon code from the second location. You will not be able to duplicate it now since I deleted the coupon code from the second location. The issue is definitely not fixed, but it will work as long as I don't add an identical coupon code for the second location.
I checked it again and the code to fix it hadn't been released. It is now so you should be good going forward. Sorry about that!
