Contracts showing as canceled after deposit made

HI IO,
I've had about 3-4 differnt customers tell me that the original contract is showing "canceled" after they left a deposit.
Not sure why but I have to generat a new contract and email it over to them.
An example is 1749172
Please let me know how to fix this.

I'm not sure why you have so many contracts on this lead. You just need the top one as active, to "Generate contract as needed from template" from the Original template and email them that link.
