Contract Signing

Many customer have mentioned they are having trouble with the contract signing process. They can't see it on their phones?

The page was designed to work on mobile devices, and we haven't heard reports from any other users recently with this issue. Do you have some specific examples of customers that couldn't sign it? Do they get a particular error message? Is there a particular part of the interface not working?
