I am getting an error message on a contract with lead # 5543029.
I know there are conflicts but I have been able to give contracts before with conflicts. What can I do to fix this. thanks
This is because the lead had conflicts and would cause an overbooking. On 5543029, the machine conflicts with itself as you have 1 in your inventory. They are listed as 2 different items but they are "parent/ child" items, meaning their availability is "related" (When one is booked, so is the other). Are they actually 2 separate units to where they should be listed independently? If so we can help with that. If they are actually the same unit, but you are rectifying this by renting an additional machine from a third party, I would recommend adding it to this lead as a "Quick-Add" line item (using the search bar on the lead, but not clicking on inventory you have in stock, just adding it to the lead as an inactive line item).
Thank you, that helps and I fixed the cotton candy machine issue. The I have another lead that is showing a conflict as well. A few pieces of an obstacle will be used during the day at one event and then again at another event. Even though I have adjusted the pick up time to work it still will not let me book those items. this conflict is between 5452395 and 5535363
The teardown time and travel time were making them overlap...if you remove it gives a "soft conflict"
