Color codes on Delivery tab not accurate

Hi, sometimes the colors of leads on the Delivery Tab are accurate and sometimes not. We cannot see the reason why there are differences. For example, we have two leads that both are classified as "DELIVERY - SETUP and ATTENDANT". Lead #5108531 shows incorrectly as green on the Delivery Tab, while #4106285 shows correctly as purple. What is the difference?

We do not use the "Staff Costs" section, but list attendants separately as an item.

If you take a look at the logs on both of these leads you will see that on 5108531 the delivery type was changed but no change to the staffing (on contract tab). Then on 4106285 staffing was added to the contract tab. One way to be sure this doesn't keep happening is to be sure on Settings-->Delivery Methods each method is marked correct when it comes to staffing. (screen shot attached) If you want a delivery type to show as "staffed" be sure to say Yes to "Charge for Staffing" (even if you are not adding additional cost) This way staffing will automatically be added to the contract tab301282015c5cd9b2f1d9766df3a37b8e and show the correct color on the delivery routing.

Hey Susan,

that was easier than expected and will really help. We were concerned that checking that box would bring the staffing cost field back into play, which we did not want. Thanks!

On a quick side note, there's a line under flagged leads that we cannot remove. I believe I've tracked it down to 4384907. I even deleted that lead, but the flag remains so it must be something else. Any ideas what it is?

The line reads: 2/6/19 as the date with MM Office as the organization - which doesn't exist in our list. Maybe it did at one time, and if we deleted it is this Overview entry just an echo from that past customer/lead?

I'm not seeing how that lead is connected. The other question on this is the green "Todo" under reason on the Overview page. I did a report for Task reminders and none of them list "Todo" as a reason. The only lead with a 2/6 date was that 4384907 lead is why I thought it may be that. Can we call it an anomaly and just remove it?

I don't think that's it because the task that shows up when the mouse rolls over that flagged lead says "fup on contract"...which that lead never had listed.

So the "Todo" didn't help pinpoint the lead? Can you just delete it?

Unfortunately, I am unable to delete a flag without the lead. I have looked all through your todo tasks and unable to track this one down! I will see if we can also look in the database and see if anything else matches up.

Where are the "todo" tasks? I've looked in the CRM, customer tab and reminder report. If you can tell me where to look I may find something that looks familiar. But, if I deleted a lead then I'd have to look through those. We've deleted very few leads so the list shouldn't be more than a few in that time frame. We can live with this annoying line, but I'd prefer not to. Anything I can do to help, let me know.

There's a little arrow on the task bar that you can press and see a list of tasks:

But I went through the list and wasn't able to find it. We were finally able to track it down in the database and delete it. Not sure why it was still showing up in overview. Just a fluke

No problem, it's one of those things...it isn't hurting anything...but just it being there is annoying!
