Child Item showing able to be booked

So I think I figured out the problem. When you guys added the feature of allowing the item to be added directly to the cart based system it adds it to the quote page and even if you change the date it doesn't check the item that is in the cart availability. I just confirmed this by going to http://www.jumpnfunforkids.com/slides.html choose the atomic rush slide by hitting Get quote. It will be sitting in the "Cart" type function on the next screen. Then choose the date of 4/29 and it still sits there. It won't allow the customer to book it but it does allow for quotes. Is there a setting for quotes I can change if the item is booked already.

Yes, that is a known limitation. There isn't a way to prevent the quote from being submitted. We always suggest you let people submit the quotes regardless so they don't go to a competitor when they see it is unavailable. This way it gives you a chance to contact them and sell them something else. That said, if you want to show availability, we want to support this. Yeah I think we need to. I have been wondering how a customer has been able to submit the quote based on something already booked but now I realize it is with the feature I enabled on my site.
