Changes when editing lead

When I click edit on certain leads, the subtotal remains the same but the Tax and Total amounts change. I do not understand why this happens. Initially I figured it was a one time error; however, it's happened on five or more leads. For instance LEAD ID 1453546. The tax amount is $15.03 and the total is $246.26. When I click edit, the tax changes to $14.76 and total $245.99. Once I click cancel, it goes back to normal.

This is because of the surcharge fee from the the payment the customer made. Before the last software update, the customer made a payment with a surcharge that was taxed, and now that surcharge isn't getting taxed when you edit the lead.
We should have this fixed soon.
