cc surcharge not working properly?

I do not think my cc surcharge is working properly since I integrated square. I tested a quote myself and it didn't say there would be a fee charged. When I looked at a couple contracts that paid a deposit, it looks like there might have been a surcharge but it counted the fee towards their balance. Can you please look into it. One of the Leads is ID: 2085963

I also have a Package Promotion that has disappeared from a "confirmed" job, ID: 2073611. It has happened a couple times before. it ended up fixing itself. The only reason I find out is because after the customer has paid the deposit and signed the contract, they get an email saying they haven't paid the full deposit. To complicate it even more, the signed copy of the contract doesn't show a record of the promotion either. I know it was on the contract with this particular ID because I generated it and reserved it myself.

10% off inflatables, 2 or more (Package)


I did check to make sure both inflatables were in there correctly. The package was applied initially. The customer paid the suggested 50% deposit amount through paypal. Then a few days later the package disappeared which made the software recongize her full 50% deposit wasn't paid and sent out an email reminder.

If you check the "recalculate" button and "update" the lead, the package comes back. It's difficult to track anything down on this because the promo package has been edited recently and it's settings before may have been the cause of this.
