Categories missing in quote page

I have several categories missing on my quote page, Bounce Houses, Water Rides and Concessions. How do I enable a category, I see no option for that? I need to select those for a few sample quotes to test my specials and packages. I'd love to go live soon with your service!

Categories are enabled when they have something in them that should be showing. Additionally, you are limited because you are on the free account. So it is supposed to hide any over the first 10 items. There's a bug and it is showing more, but it's still the limit that is affecting you. Once you upgrade to a level with a higher rental limit, they will show.
