Can I keep customers from booking online until they have paid the deposit?

just started requiring deposits, but IO is still letting customers book online without paying deposits.

Our default behavior is to hold equipment while a customer is in the "Contracted" status because they're potentially on the page that allows them to make a deposit and sign the contract. We can make some modifications to your statuses so that it doesn't reserve anything until they've paid. Let me talk with our team today and I'll come up with a proposal for you. You can always move something down to the quote status if the customer has yet to pay their deposit and you've followed up with them, and you don't want them tying up the equipment.

Yes let me know what you can come up with. I just don't always have time to follow up with the customer in a timely manner. It would be great if they had to pay the deposit before the equipment is put on hold. Thanks!

Quote (new quotes)

Hold (you might still be drafting a contract with notes or something and you don't want the customer to get a contract reminder email)

Booking (no reservation, no moving to complete, no calendar)

Contracted (goes here when signed. Conflict checking, calendar, Moves to complete after event date)

Paid (goes here when deposit is paid. Conflict checking, calendar, Moves to complete after event date)

Confirmed (goes here after deposit and signed contract)

Complete


Note: A lead will either move to "Contracted or Paid" because they did one of the steps. It will moved to confirmed if they do both. We can omit "contracted" from being reserved if you want.

How do i get the conflicts box checked on the PAID Status?
