Can a customer actually book an item from start to finish

Is inflatable office a lead generation software or can a customer actually book an item from start to finish? From what I can tell they fill out the form and generate a quote. Then, someone has to call the customer back in order to complete the booking. Is this correct?

That is not correct. We allow for fully automated booking. This does depend on the user's settings though as many settings can prevent an automated booking. For instance an operator could set a "blackout date" or even turn off autobooking entirely. But, Given no settings prevent the booking, and the equipment has no conflicts, the user can turn the quote into a contracted event, sign the contract, and pay the deposit all on their own.

Is there a tutorial that shows how to turn on auto booking?

If you go to Settings->Online Quoting, you can check the top setting: Online Booking Allowed: Yes/No Must Precede Event By: ___ day(s)

There are other places that can restrict autobooking, but this is the main one. There is also the possibility that the account has: Display Quotes for Customers: No

That setting is on the same page, and it would just allow the Online Quote Form to submit info in but wouldn't directly display the quote.

If you have the "Booking Attempt" Alert active, you will get an alert for every booking attempt, and it will tell you where to look in the settings when the software prevents an auto-booking.
