built item not showing proper quantity

Hi,
For some reason, in NY the TUFTED BOURNE - Grey Velvet
which is made up of 2 parts is not showing the proper quantity. we have 3 of each of the parts, so the total should be 3, but it's showing as 0.

If the quantity is showing up incorrectly on the Rentals page then you may just need to click edit and save again. If this doesn't fix the quantity let me know and I'll look at it further

Unfortunately, that didn't work and not only that - but even though selected it isn't appearing on the estimate. (and there doesn't seem to be a way to correct it -- usually I can go to "select pages" from setting, but there isn't that option).

This was an issue in the database that most likely resulted from the way the item was input. When the item was was input, the Settings page was loaded for one location, but the item was saved to a different location. This item has been fixed and is now calculating 3 units as it should.

Yes. When creating new child items they must be done when the Settings Location is set to the location you are creating the item for. When it is a structure/child item you should avoid using the save copy button to change the location of the new item.

Is there any way to get around that? We've created several pieces this way. It is much faster than having to enter all the new pieces/parts one by one.

Can you also fix the Tufted Bourne - metallic gold in NY?
It will be the same for the Round Bourne, Bling Bourne and Tufted Bourne for all the cities because that is how I built them not knowing about this issue.
