It means we recieved a notification that the email was not delivered. This article contains some info as well as potential causes.

can you verify that our smtp is correct.

can we send emails from 2 different computers?

It doesn't matter which computer you send from. I've adjusted your server and port in your SMTP settings so that they are correct (based on this page I found) and turned it after the "test" button said the test was a successful connection.
