I don't see how I can create an automatic email to my workers asking them to submit time for last pay period. Is this something I can do or can you guys add it?
There has never been a way to do this. In the worker survey that is sent out with the automatic email Worker - Manager Report, it allows the manager to mark whether shift hours for that event should have been extended or reduced.
So is it not possible for you guys to create a new worker-email template that asks this?
It's possible to do almost anything, but we have to weight our current to do list against all new requests. This is not something we have had a request for before, and it would not likely be used by many of our customers, so it would be low on our list. You could probably do this many ways outside InflatableOffice. Here is one:
