Occasionally I do not see a record of the automated email response to a quote response in the log. recent example: 5386879.
We have a ticket in for this...looks like a possible bug. We will let you know as soon as we have an update!
The recent quote email only goes out on 1 quote if the customer has multiple quotes in the system. In this case the quote that was sent to was deleted so it wasn't obvious: 5384993. If you look at the customer's log you would be able to see it there.
