I am still troubled by the logs from time t time not showing an auto response from a customer quote. Here is the latest example;

This is another scenario where we only send that email template for one lead at a time in a given time period so that we don't have the same email template sending to the customer over and over for multiple leads as they were just editing the same form. Lead 5612333 received the "customer - recent quote" email just hours before the lead you have logged here.
