Auto emails, reminders for payment

If we agree to payment arrangements with a customer, they continue to get the reminder emails for payment and it upsets them. Is there a way to stop the emails on a case by case situation? Thanks

Use the Auto Emails tab on the lead. Check which emails you want to prevent sending. FYI, if an event reschedules, you can allow resending of auto emails for the new date on this tab too.
