The "Customer - Recent Quote" email template is set to send .1 day after the customer creates the event. That would be 2.4 hours (2 hours and 24 minutes). The lead was created at 1:39, so it should queue up to send at 4:03 pm.


However, after waiting to see if that happened, I noticed there's another lead, 5110207 where the recent quote email went out already for an event at the same time. In order to prevent customers from being bombarded with emails, we have code to look to see if they've already got a recent email of the same time for an event around the same time.
