Attachment of items

Not a Problem

When one of my staff tries to add attachment via web mail it gets rejected regardless of what lead she is sending it to says lattachment failed. Incorrect Lead ID?

i can send to the same lead id using outlook and it works just fine.

InflatableOffice doesn't have the ability to send email attachments to the customer. This sounds like an issue outside of our service and independent from the lead ID.

no im not talking about attachments to customers


I mean when we send and item to attach@inflatableoffice.com

Can you forward us the same email to our sales box. Also, let me know what lead and what the worker username is. It's probably cause the email he/she is sending with is different than the email on their worker profile. Thanks.

did we have a setting wrong in the workers settings, or was it a system thing?

Both kind of. She had her email on another worker profile that was inactive. You can't do that when you are using attachments, but at the same time, we should improve our logic there so it isn't an issue.

ohhh i didnt know she was on 2 profiles


sorry about that that means i screwed up creating her stuff i guess.


and just FYI i wasnt looking to point fingers :)
