Attach Option

Under Consideration

Can we have the attach button on the attachment tab open up a file explorer tab so we can attach files from the computer without emailing or adding a button to also give the attach from file location option in addition to email?

It just would be handy for files we already have emailed into us from clients and save to attach them that way instead of always having to email them back to IO
