Anyway to attach documents to units? I would like to attach annual inspections, etc..

thats a very good idea.. we have to have that in WV to we have to keep our permits etc..
you already have serial numbers included in the item description maybe a box for inspected would be helpful too so we can keep up with is and isnt inspected as the season moves along
i currently keep it on a whiteboard but online would be great option
Something else, could we do maintenance logs attached directly to the units? This would allow us to get rid of tons of binders in our office....
We already have the maintenance feature built into the log tab of each rental. You can use retroactive dates to log when something was done in the past, not just schedule things for the future.
Any progress with this feature?
We have not yet created a feature for this, but I am updating this in our product development system so it can be re-prioritized.
Joe - We attach inspection logs to the last lead for each particular item. It's pretty easy at that point to go back and get info on each inspection. A new feature for this would be great, but this may be a decent way for you to do it in the meantime.
Another good use of this same type attachments would be to allow attachments to workers. Then you could attached performance reviews, tax documents, drug test results, DOT certifications etc......
Anything that would allow us to keep all the paperwork in one place would be a HUGE benefit.
