any way to prevent contract signing before payment received?
We have a lot of customers who start the booking process, sign the contract, but do not finish by paying online. If we don't catch these manually, the customer thinks they have an active order (nobody reads all the warnings on the booking pages) and gets irate if we do not fulfill (order never makes it to deposit paid status). "But, we signed the contract!" Our policy is no deposit, no order.
Is there a way to prevent contract signing until deposit is paid, to avoid this issue? It's been something we've dealt with for a few years but every once in a while one gets away from us.
