Alerts sent to wrong email
Please take a look at lead # 1187920. In the log, you will see that the alerts are going to email@example.com. Jason said that he has been getting random alerts for the last year. It looks like this lead was copied from an completed order. Is this the issue? Is there a way to prevent the system from resurrecting an email that is listed nowhere in our alert settings? It looks like there is no way to solve this on our end.
