Advance Time does not solve Conflict

Dresser 001 on # 5373493 has an advanced time that ends 6/12. It is showing as a conflict for # 5264885 which starts 6/14. I thin its tied to the tear down time, is there a way to edit the individual tear down time associated with the particular item?
