Sorry, I'm not sure I understand your question.

When manager reports for events are not completed, an email is sent to let us know that they were not completed. We were wondering how we would add another email address that would also get the automatic emails saying that the manager report was not completed.

In Settings->Alert Center you can add an email address to the alert titled "Survey: Manager" (be sure to separate the email address with a comma, and just to be on the safe side, don't put a space after the comma).
