adding another email issue

I set up another email address in my inflatable office account and changed the setting for my email account to reflect this. But it seems every other quote I send fails and gives me this error. I think its saying the email server is not allowing inflatable office to send an email. Any recommendations to resolve this. I changed the email preferences in inflatable office because customers weren't getting the quotes because they were going straight to their junk mail folders.

It appears to me that hotmail is limiting how frequently emails are sent through. This is not something we can control. We recently changed some things to improve our email delivery. You may want to try our servers again.
