Problem sending contract

hi

when i press send email for the contract the form is blank. nothing goes out (i tried a trial)


i am trying to send the receipt for a completed job as well and same result.


the quote page fills up for the email.

Go to Settings->Email Center and make sure the Manual emails 'Customer - Quote' and 'Customer - Contract' are active.

Thanks for the reply. The question I guess i should have asked is why did it change or stop working on its own. i have been doing this for quite a while and it just started acting up.

We used to get this exact question quite a bit: "why can't I send my contract/quote email?"

The problem was always the same: The email template for them was inactive.

As a "fix" for this, we made it so that those 2 emails would work, even if they were inactive. As a result, most people never actually made the templates active, because they already worked.

It looks like we may have broken that "fix" in our last update. The solution is the same as it always was: Make sure you activate the emails you want active.

I'll do some testing to confirm this is the case.
