Is there a way to get an alert when an attachment is added?

Rather than going back to each event separately to see if someone has added an attachment I would like to receive and alert or email when one of our staff members adds an attachment.

We do not have this feature currently but I'll add it to our product development system a feature request. We do have the keyword "attachment:" which will show you leads that either do or do not have attachments. Let me know if you need anything else!
