Completed survey not showing up

A customer completed a survey yesterday for lead 4988707. We got an email alert, and the log shows that it was completed, but the lead itself says the survey has not been completed.

I see what you mean, it seems like the review is showing up in Settings -> Testimonials but not in your lead, I'm going to add this to our product development system for our developer to look into, we'll make sure to update you once its fixed. Let me know if you need anything!

Just an FYI, this is the only one that has had that problem. All of the other surveys worked correctly.

I would guess someone deleted it. While we have the log entry of it being completed, the responses no longer exist.
