Can the booking page be updated

Hi! In my opinion the booking page is a little outdated. There is too much info for the user to fill out and I think it discourages online booking for a lot of people and causes them to call in.
I think the booking page should consist of multiple pages, each asking for more info, so that we are able to capture their name and email first, and then also see where in the process they are dropping out. Is it possible to get a more modern booking page?
