Duplication on Sync

We're trying to clean up our WP plug in site after updating the "pages" that certain inventory reflect on.

We did a new sync after trashing the pages out of WP that we didn't want on that particular site but there are a couple of instances where we are confused.

See attached screenshot where there are duplicate instances of an inventory line.

Using the MARQUEE DIY 3X3 POP UP as an example, one link created is:

https://brisbaneeventhire.com.au/marquees-pop-ups/diy-folding-pop-up-marquee-3m-x-3m/

the other:

https://brisbaneeventhire.com.au/marquees-pop-ups/marquee-diy-pop-up-3m-x-3m/

Has the title been changed at some point and the sync doesn't delete the "old" WP page, hence it remains in the WP database duplicated?

Hi Richard. Yes, title changes in IO software can sometimes lead to the creation of duplicate pages in WordPress and the old page not getting deleted. This is due to limitations of WordPress itself. We just released a partial solution to this issue but name changes can still trigger these sometimes. At this time the only real solution is to manually delete and relink any pages duplicated. If you run into any issues with this let us know and as always, we'll definitely help you out.
